Ministry Of Defense, INMAS, DRDO
- Architected and deployed a role-based Hospital Patient Management System handling roughly 150 patients daily, 3,000 to 4,000 monthly, across OPD registration, consultation, referrals, and diagnostics, used daily by doctors, lab staff.
- Decoupled billing and lab-report pickup from doctor consultation queues, replacing a paper-based legacy process with a centralized digital system that cut cross-department wait times and improved traceability.
- Built structured diagnostic report generators for Thyroid Profile and pathology tests with auto-save against data loss, plus a WebGL-based 3D anatomical scan viewer with dual-viewport comparison, validated by institute scientists.
- Developed a forensic dental age-estimation pipeline combining YOLOv11 tooth detection, Attention U-Net segmentation, EfficientNet-B3 Demirjian staging, and XGBoost fusion, with an identity-matching module that extracts tooth morphology.
- Built and executed root-level compliance audit scripts across 230 endpoint systems (70 Windows and 160 Maya OS, a hardened Ubuntu distro) covering 16 security checks spanning firewall status, patch compliance, and antivirus enforcement, with auto-generated audit-report PDFs.
- Designed an asset and inventory management portal used by senior officers, the store officer, and technical officers to track lab equipment, with IT audit records integrated into the asset database.
